To reduce the time at the reception, please fill in the Self Check-in form that you will receive by email in the days before your arrival.

Hotel guests, as well as the Villa Clara Team, must wear the mask in all public areas and keep a distance of at least 1 meter from other people.

It is important to wash and disinfect your hands often. In the common areas of the hotel, we have prepared dispensers with hand disinfectant gel.

The breakfast service will be organized with a buffet but served by our team. No self service is allowed. In order to follow the security physical distancing, the access to the breakfast room will be controlled by our team. As usual you can also have breakfast in the garden.

Upon arrival, your bedroom will be prepared and disinfected following the appropriate cleaning protocols. To ensure maximum safety, bed linen and towels are washed and sanitized according to the strictest hygienic standards.

We make frequent sanitization and disinfection of all surfaces in the common areas with special attention to critical touch points.
