Booking
To confirm a reservation, we ask for a deposit which varies depending on room type and season. Usually it corresponds to the cost of the first night.
The payment can be made in the following ways:
- online with credit card via the VirtualPay Service of our Bank;
- by bank transfer.
Cancellation
The cancellation of a reservation must be communicated in writing via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
If done within 7 days from the date of arrival, the cancellation will be without penalty and the deposit will be returned in full, deducted the fixed costs of 7.00 Euro.
Alternatively the deposit can be used for a new reservation during the same season.
After that term, we will keep the entire deposit as reimbursement.
In case of early departure and/or changes in reservations, you will be required to pay the entire booked stay.
